how do I import data into Arlequin?

Dear all,

I would like to do (among other things) an AMOVA - Analysis of Molecular Variance - in Arlequin.
I cannot figure out how to import my data correctly into the program - can anyone help me please???

(have tried transforming them from Fasta- format into MEGA format with MEGA already, as is supposed to work, but didn't... and now I'm clueless =(
