Categorical endogenous variables in Path Analysis using LISREL 9.1

HI,
I'm a doctoral student trying to analyze my data for dissertation. I have a theory-based model to test whether students' expectation, math self-efficacy and english self-efficacy will impact their educational attainment (nominal, with four categories: high school graduates, GED recipients, Certificate of Attendance recipients, and No Credentials).
As suggested by my advisor, i have dummy coded the "Edu Attainment" variable into three dummy code variables: HS Grad vs. GED, HS Grad vs. CertAtt, HS Grad vs. NoCred. But the problem is after I entered my syntax to LISREL 9.1, it always gives me an error message "At least two variable names are identical." IF any one could help me figure this out and let me know how to fix my syntax, that will be greatly appreciated!!!

oh, Here i attached the output after i run my syntax:

The Covariances and/or Means to be analyzed are estimated
by the EM procedure and are only used to obtain starting
values for the FIML procedure
