winbugs help near London

Hi to everyone! I'm Rossella (a PhD student in Mathematics) and I'm writing a paper on the geographical distribution of Tuberculosis in my regions. I'm using Winbugs to fit several models including zero inflated poisson and sparse convolution poisson but I'm not sure about the scripts.
