My question is regards the methodology used by SatScan for purely temporal cluster analysis using a discrete Poisson model
satScan's output gives me the following:
Time frame............: 2010/9/1 to 2011/4/30
Number of cases.......: 33
Expected cases........: 10.60
Observed / expected...: 3.11
Relative risk.........: 3.85
Log likelihood ratio..: 17.361908
P-value...............: 0.001
How do I calculate confidence intervals around the relative risk?
