How to I interpret the result with multiple dummy variables in JMP?

Hi, I did a stepwise to check the significance of 1 continuous variables and 7 dummy variables. I included the interactions of all variables and included them in my model if its significant. The result table I got from JMP is confusing and I don't quite understand..

I have 2 levels for Event variables - Yes and No. And the parameter estimates for Event[No] is 0.8411578 from the result. (as shown in attached). So what is the estimate if my event variable is Yes?? Zero?

Also, I have 5 levels for Nationality variables - Singaporean, Malaysian, Indonesian, PRC National and Others.
What does it imply when I see Nationality{Indonesian&Others&PRC National&Malaysian-Singapore}??
